What is my guarantee period?

The warranty period is 6 months and applies to manufacturing defects, with the exception of zippers, buckles and applications.

A defective or faulty product caused by a manufacturing error is covered by our warranty, we will handle this at all times and offer an appropriate solution immediately.

To be eligible for the warranty solution you must be in possession of the proof of purchase (also warranty certificate), complaints without proof of purchase will not be processed by us. Please contact our customer service.
