Do I pay shipping costs for my order?
You do not pay shipping costs for your order at our shop.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive your order the very next working day!

Can I track my order with a track & trace?
Of course! At the moment the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the track and trace code of your order.

Can I change my address after placing my order?
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
In the ordering process you can indicate whether the package should be delivered to a different address than the billing address. Please note that you cannot have the package delivered to a reply number.
How can I change or cancel my order?
I did not receive a confirmation of my order by email, how is that possible?
How can I apply my discount code?
You can enter the discount code in two places: directly in your shopping cart or a little further in the ordering process, on the payment methods page.
Why has my order been cancelled?
What a shame that your order has been cancelled. In most cases the item was out of stock or does not match our quality requirements. We therefore had to cancel your order, our apologies. The purchase amount will be refunded.
