How can I return my product?

How do you return your product?
What a disappointment that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase! You can return your product within 14 days. What do you need to do?

Conditions for returning

• The shoes are unworn and in their original condition. Trying on articles is of course allowed
• The original return form with the correct article code is used
• Returns within 14 days

For sending
Be sure to return items unworn and in their original packaging. Always use a shipping box and do not use the shoe box as shipping box. Damaged shoeboxes and / or damaged / worn articles we do not take back and we send back to sender. The article including the shoe box must be returned in original condition, otherwise your return cannot be processed and we cannot refund you.

You will receive a return form and a return label with your package. Fill out the return form complete and put it in the return package. Also when the return form is not completely filled out we might not be able to process your return.

Stick the return label on the package and bring it to the nearest PostNL or DHL parcel point. Returning your order is free of charge.

Please note: do not use shoe box as shipping box, but please return in the shipping box.

• Returns are free of charge
• Fill out the return form included with the order and include it with your return package
• Stick the enclosed return label on the package
• Bring the parcel to a PostNL or DHL parcel point
• Processing your return may take 1 to 10 business days

With the return shipment, the risk of any damage caused during transport or the disappearance of the return shipment lies with the customer. We recommend that you always keep the proof of postage by e-mail to prove that your package has been returned in case your package is lost.
